              If I could invent one product that unifies form and function, it would be an air-conditioned jacket. People already have jackets to keep in the heat, but we don’t have the luxury of containing cold air during sweltering heat yet. Summer time can be pretty atrocious without a fan by your side, but sitting next to one all day isn’t the answer, a portable jacket is. Running around with a fan all day is not convenient, but a product that you can wear and tout around all day doesn’t seem to ever get in the way. Carrying groceries, doing garden work or just busy with your hands full, this isn’t the time a person wants to waste due to an inconvenient hassle. Style is a major part of people’s everyday lives and this jacket incorporates that to its fullest. An air conditioned jacket doesn’t have to be big and frumpy; it can however be stylish, chic and posh for any user. Down the road this type of technology can expand causing humans to wear an almost unnoticeable blanket around them with a cooling affect.
              Heat is an essential in the winter, but so is cold air for the summer. Cool air being presented to your body on a blistering day, will keep your body heat at a moderate level and help you finish whatever you are doing at that time outside. Dehydration sounds scary, even deadly, but with a jacket to keep you breezy there’s less sweat and no unexpected trips to the hospital. “MOM, I’M HOT”, sounds annoying every few seconds with your kids outside, keep them chilly with this complaint free jacket. But with technology there do come risks, we may not know them yet but the risk of having a chip or blanket mouth function could be critical let alone fatal. Even further in the future what if a satellite controlled our temperature, satellites seem to control more and more these days so it’s not out of the question. The things and products to come are unknown and vastly interesting but without being in the future we will not know. We will only experience our generation and our children’s generation of skills and technology, the wonders of the world.

“I’ll clean my room eventually, mom”, everyone says it but words can be decieving. Procrastination is todays choice word for the life style we live. People talk about doing something, hoever during the process we become so fixated on something else we don’t even know what we wanted to do in the first place. Fooling yourself or the people around you is one pointless lie, your not fooling anyone. Lying about doing a good humanity deed is something that makes you , the liar, feel better until everyone else has figured it out, now where does this lead you. Actually doing the outstading task will make you feel worthy even if noone was around to see it, you’ll just have a glow. Everyone needs everyone to help out were only as good as eachother. If everyone were eventually to help out, the world could be a stronger more united place, without poverty and deception.

A new way of life: with the steam engine

Of all the inventions to benefit society, the steam engine has changed our daily lives.

The steam engine helped the people of the world to travel more frequently and much faster. During the time of the steam engine, many new invention and improvements could be made; such as cars, quicker boats or vessels, and trains. Because it was quicker, we embedded this tool into the work force to help run powered machines. People began to be replaced by the much more efficient machines powered by the steam engine and things began to be made at a much more rapid pace. Although it was a machine, the steam engine made people feel more accomplished in life and let us live an easier more stress free life. No matter how it affected one at the work place, the steam engine did however, make the home life more livable and introduced people to free time. With the continuation of this machine, the world will be transformed and upcoming improvements and inventions and discoveries will be made because of this advanced discovery.

Depending on your preferences, the steam engine gave one a more broad traveling ability. With the invention of the steam engine more products were made to benefit society, such as the car. In addition to already practical boats, the steam engine remodeled the engine of a boat making its journey by half the time. Powerful trains were always a rumor, but with the idea of the steam engine it became a reality. As well as being twice the speed of the old engine, the steam engine also cost half the price, making it more affordable in cost. Efficiency was key and still is, the steam engine provided real proof for this fact. Released water vapor from the outlet of the engines created less pollution and made it more resourceful to the environment. Although people’s means were altered positively with the invention of the steam engine, it also changed life by giving machines human jobs.

One of the most revolutionary changes of the steam engine was caused by machines replacing humans. People worked in the assembly line putting together objects and machines, but by the industrial revolution machines were taking the place of humans; and powering those machines were steam engines. While a human can piece together something at a decent speed a machine could do the same job in half the time for half the price. Strength is essential to all those who plan to do hard labor but to a machine, it is a simple task lifting and moving. Additionally people have common sense and knowledge but a machine is programmed to have specific knowledge for the detailed task, allowing the equipment to excel in that precise objective. Mistakes are all part of the human nature but programmed machines powered by the steam engine don’t make those mistakes causing efficiency. Unfortunately machines over take the work force, but they will never replace human because they cannot create or think up ideas like the human mind can. Although machines can affect a human’s work place in a negative and positive way, it did however change the way humans lived and thought in a positive manner.

Homes used to be another work place in the game of life, but with the invention of the steam engine more tools were made to help benefit the home life. With the invention of the steam engine, people began to experience “free time” in their usually crowded schedule. Most people’s bodies had adapted to the hard and strenuous labor but with the new creations less extensive labor was on a rise. With all this new free time being made, new ideas were made, such as games, activities and gambling. Family time was extended even more to create a more tight-nit family. Balls, dances and social gatherings increased because of the steam engine and its ability to help humans work at a much faster pace. Although with all of these new ideas and inventions the people began to think of themselves as elite and that their country was the best. The steam engine is a creation that allows one to have more free time but with the invention of it, brings on many more.

New inventions and ideas were built and based off of the steam engine, which helped us think of new manufacturings. The steam engine was also altered to make it more environmentally friendly, which helped introduce the world of environmentally friendly groups. People’s health began to rise because difficult tasks dangerous for humans were not being performed as much. Locomotives too became more advanced with the involvement of the steam engine in their hood. With the steam engine provided for society less exercise was being done and the human body was changed. Everyone in a working society was once very skinny from all the strenuous work but with less work, people altered their ideas of what was attractive on human, fat or skin. Newer inventions will be made based off of the steam engine and will alter the human way of life yet again. If one uses and improves the steam engine, society will be yet again altered for a good reason and the more free time we will all in return get.
